There are many quick fix abdominal routines that have been created over the years. Some of these routines are effective and some are a scam designed to distance you from your hard earned money. About three years ago I was shown an abdominal routine that I have practiced and, because of it and an improved nutrition plan, I have managed to see fantastic results. Remember that a balanced nutritional diet and cardiovascular training are also important factors in reaching your physical goals.

As a guideline for results, I would recommend the following routine every second day:

Beginner – 1 set of 6 exercises.

Intermediate – 2 sets of 10 exercises.

Advanced – 2 sets of 15 exercises.

Expert – 3 sets of 20 exercises
