“I have had the great privilege of training Judo and Kickboxing with Dave for about 6 months now and I have to say it’s been a blast! With his great leadership and motivation, I am on the way to getting in the best shape of my whole life. He has also helped me with a personal strength and conditioning program that has made my endurance soar drastically and has help me gain muscle, burn fat and challenge me. Dave has also introduced me to a healthy nutrition plan that has helped me shed some weight and has given me tons of energy. “When I started the boot camp, I was probably one of the least athletic people in Dave’s class… I didn’t play sports; neither did I go to the gym… I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the rest of the group. I was pleasantly surprised that I could go at my own pace.

“I like the diversity of the boot camp as well – it’s a different routine every day, so you don’t get bored of the repetitive exercises. I also like the fact that Dave pushes you to do more then what you did last time, so it’s a constant challenge. The other thing that appeals to me is the fact that Dave always has time to answer your questions about both fitness, and nutrition. And the best part about Dave’s boot camp is that it’s suitable for anybody – no matter how old you are and what your fitness level is. I highly recommended it for your self esteem – it feels great when your clothes fit better than before!”
